- ORDERS
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product online via the site must follow the online ordering process which includes an identification phase, a phase of verification and validation of the products chosen, a phase of payment under the conditions provided and a phase of confirmation of the order and payment. - PAYMENT

- DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form within the geographical limit specified above. THE RISKS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AS SOON AS THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE SELLER'S PREMISES. Any protest relating to damage occurring during transport must be made by reasoned complaint, a copy of which will be sent to the seller, to the carrier, within three days of delivery. The buyer has a right of cancellation in the event of a delay of more than 7 days, the refund of the products and the outward expenses being carried out with reception of the return of the complete order in its state of origin. The seller is released from any responsibility in case of non-performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure (strike, fire, flood...).
- WITHDRAWAL
Buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return (reshipment costs at their expense) the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be remarketed in new condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
- GUARANTEES

Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation it is advisable to inform Aissatou L'art Divinatoire 48 hours before the scheduled session if they are unable to attend. The client will be charged if they do not show up or do not postpone their reservation, except in case of emergency or illness. Aissatou L'art Divinatoire will wait 10 minutes before noting that the client has not come for the session. If Estelle has to cancel the scheduled session, she will give 48 hours notice, except in case of emergency or illness.
Aissatou L'art Divinatoire offers no guarantee, explicit or implicit. It will in no case be held liable to the customer for indirect or special damages.
